Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing. Most custom pieces are completed within 2–4 weeks. For bridal sets or intricate designs, we recommend allowing 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.

Absolutely. All our diamonds and precious stones are conflict-free and come with certificates from internationally recognised gemological laboratories. We maintain full transparency in our supply chain and are committed to responsible sourcing.

We work with 18K, 22K, and 24K yellow gold, as well as 14K and 18K white gold and rose gold. For platinum and palladium jewellery, we use PT950, PT900, and PD950 grades. All pieces are BIS hallmarked for your assurance.

Yes, we provide professional repair, resizing, and restoration services for all jewellery — not just pieces purchased from us. This includes ring resizing, prong re-tipping, stone replacement, polishing, and chain repairs. Contact us with details and we'll provide a quote.

Yes — we deliver nationwide via insured courier service. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched with full insurance coverage. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days across Pakistan. For high-value orders we may require a signature on delivery.

Yes, you are welcome to visit us in Karachi during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am – 7pm). For custom orders, we also arrange viewing appointments once your piece is ready. You can WhatsApp us to schedule a visit at a convenient time.

We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (for select areas), and in-store cash payments. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We will discuss payment terms during your consultation.
